N-Your-Campus-U Campus Connection Project - Station 1 Yilan
Most of the event is conducted in Mandarin Chinese "Which Campus Are You From?"
As a student at Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University, this question has become quite the icebreaker with the rising popularity of inter-campus activities. Did you know that Yang-Ming Chiao Tung actually has nine campuses scattered across Yilan, Taipei, Hsinchu, and Tainan? How many have you explored? Riding the wave of campus connectivity, the Liberal Arts College (LAC) Community and Peer Education Center (CPEC) proudly presents the brand-new "N-Your-Campus-U Campus Connection Project." Let's embark on a journey to discover campuses in various cities, exploring the unique connections between academic disciplines and local communities, turning the diversity of spaces into a resource for exploration!
Our first stop takes us to Yilan, where we'll get to know the Yilan Campus (NYCU Hospital at Yilan), which played a crucial role during the Covid-19 pandemic on the Lanyang Plain. We'll also stroll through the old town of Yilan, witnessing the retro charm of the Ewang Community , paying a visit to the "Father of Taiwanese Botany" Yang Shih-fang Memorial Park, exploring the largest Yilan Morning Market and stopping by the Zhao Ying Temple, dedicated to Mazu and many accomplished individuals for Yilan! Follow the N-Y-C-U Campus Connection Project, making every campus "Your-Campus"!

Event Details:
Target Audience: Faculty, staff, and students of National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University, totaling 80 participants divided into 4 teams.
Locations: Lanyang Campus, Xinmin Campus, and historical landmarks in Yilan City.
Date: December 9, 112th year of the Republic of China (Saturday), from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. (Expected arrival in Yilan at 11:00 AM, boarding times subject to pre-event notifications)
Hsinchu Shuttle Departure Point: Next to the Grand Auditorium on the Guangfu Campus in Hsinchu Departure / Time: Approximately 8:30 AM
Taipei Shuttle Departure Point: Yangming Campus in Taipei Departure / Time: Approximately 9:00 AM

Series Event Gifts:
Participants will receive a special edition "Warmth" commemorative pillow for attending the entire series. Each semester features different city-themed letters – collect them and bring N-Y-C-U home!
